Sitting ... On an Edge of Glass

I was captivated by the book On an Edge of Glass by Autumn Doughton. I was pulled in. I didn't want to put it down when I really had to just so I could go to bed and not be sleep deprived to make sure my oldest got to the bus stop on time and chase after my youngest one all day.

I was pulled in and left feeling the feelings of the character. The up and downs of trying to do what she thought she should be doing to what she really wanted to do with her life.

Definitely a romance I would recommend. I got it for free awhile back for my kindle, but right now it is $0.99. Under a dollar for a very good read. I suggest you take yourself to amazon.com and download your copy of it.

Ellie Glass is in her senior year of college about to take the LSATs and head off to Columbia, or so that is the plan. She plans on getting a high score on LSATs and after being accepted into the same college that not only both her parents had attended, but 5 generations of Glass lawyers have attended.

With one chance meeting in a coffee shop her mind is going wild for not getting the name of the guy that helped out with a little boy that was bothering her.

Along comes Ben Hamilton. He take the 4th bedroom when Ellie and her roommates lost their 4th roommate to a British guy. He is fresh out of a relationship. He is a musician not only in a band, but plays cello in the college orchestra. He stops Ellie dead in her tracks right after he moves in. From there they almost hardly ever see at first. Then they secretly date for a few weeks.

That is until Ellie is informed by the old band mate and the guy Ben's ex-girlfriend cheated on him with, that Ben had been engaged to his ex. It is like her whole world is crashing down around. Everything she wanted from life. The plan she was to follow.

To find out if she goes to Columbia, stays with Ben, if her life goes they way she planned you will have to read  On an Edge of Glass by Autumn Doughton for yourself.

Thank you for reading. Questions, comments are welcome. Have you already read this book? Let me know what you think. Be sure to follow to know when there might be something else interesting to read.

Thank you!
